Our entree feature this weekend is cornmeal fried softshell crab, grilled wild mexican shrimp, smoked paprika remoulade, local summer vegetable salad, Amaltheia chorizo and lobster dirty rice with smoked branzini hush puppies. The Kracher Trocken pinot gris has a subtle wood smoke and pear juiciness on the nose with fresh citrus, honey melon, and wild herb flavors finishing with a pleasant minerality.
