Stout Braised Montana Wagyu Short Rib

Join us at Feast Bistro for a three course wine pairing dinner this weekend.  The prixe fix menu with wine is available for $135.

The Wagyu short rib ragu will also be offered a la carte.

First Course
Puff Pastry Tart with Asparagus, Blue Cheese, Chives, Gruyere, Salted Mullet Roe, and Pickled Blackberries

Stout braised Montana Wagyu Short Rib Ragu with local Oyster Mushrooms, crispy Colcannon Cake, charred Lemon and Mustard Green Beans, and a Carrot Top Gremolata
