Stout Braised Montana Wagyu Short Rib

Join us at Feast Bistro for a three course wine pairing dinner this weekend.  The prixe fix menu with wine is available for $135.

The Wagyu short rib ragu will also be offered a la carte.

First Course

Stout braised Montana Wagyu Short Rib Ragu with local Oyster Mushrooms, crispy Colcannon Cake, charred Lemon and Mustard Green Beans, and a Carrot Top Gremolata
