Join us at Feast Bistro for a three course wine pairing dinner this weekend. The prixe fix menu with wine is available for $115.
The etouffee will also be offered a la carte.
First Course – Foie gras and pork pate, grilled nectarine, pickled mustard seeds, fig balsamic, and hibiscus pickled shallots with the Roco RMS brut.
Second Course – Alligator sausage and duck etouffee, roasted poblano remoulade, pickled okra, and smoked gouda grits with the gamay noir from James Rahn.
Third Course – Pineapple upside down cake with Hallet sauternes.
