Togarashi Grilled Shrimp

Our feature this weekend is togarashi grilled wild Mexican shrimp, miso shiitake risotto, Gallatin Valley Botanical turnip and radish kimchi, and crispy fried lacinato kale with sesame and chive.  We are pairing the Rhythm of the Centuries sake which is aged in barrel and develops a very unique flavor profile of pickled mushroom, soy caramel, chamomile, and bergamot.
