Our featured entree this weekend is grilled Montana Wagyu beef tenderloin encrusted with crab and finished with a bernaise butter, yukon golds stuffed with creme fraiche and black truffle, grilled broccolini and a spiced red wine reduction. We are pairing a stellar tempranillo from Bodega Aster in La Rioja Alta with blackberry, currant, and black plum aromas, and the elegance and power that is a hallmark of the Ribera del Duero.
