Our entree feature this weekend is frenched wild boar chops with citrus and cured olive salsa, smoked paprika smashed red potatoes, Amaltheia Dairy sundried tomato chevre, and grilled local zucchini. We are pairing the Dirty and Rowdy “Familiar” Mourvedre for its flavors of ripe smoky raspberry and dried herbs.
