Our feature this weekend is Moroccan spiced Montana short ribs with herbed zhoug, creamy saffron couscous, grilled GVB rainbow carrots with pomegranate and cardamon honey.  With a light spiciness and rich blackcurrant and sour cherry flavors the Sancerre Rouge from Jean Max Roger pairs beautifully.
