Enjoy our feature this weekend of a Wagyu striploin grilled with baby bok choy, chili glazed shrimp, lemongrass forbidden rice, goma ae and scallion aioli.  Black plum, herbs and black currants shine through the merlot and cabernet sauvignon blend in the Graves de Vayres from Chateau Pontete Bellegrave.  This medium bodied Bordeaux is grown in gravel soils on the left bank and its refined tannins and rich, dark fruit flavors pair nicely with the grilled beef and Southeast Asian elements.
