Our featured entree this weekend is seared black grouper with a hazelnut pesto butter over a local vegetable salad marinated with an herb vinaigrette and a hazelnut and pistachio dukkah.  The Suzor Menefee chardonnay has tension and energy akin to a Chablis with aromatics of jasmine flowers, orange blossom, and stony minerality.  Citrus blossoms, grapefruit zest, and lingering ginger notes keep the wine fresh and vibrant.
