Citrus Prosecco Glazed Snapper

Our featured entree this weekend is prosecco and citrus glazed blue nose snapper with sesame pecan crumble, served over jasmine rice with crispy fried sweet potatoes, a soy glaze, and cucumber green apple salsa.   We are pairing the Edelzwicker Riesling from Albert Boxler; a floral, luscious masterpiece with notes of orchard fruit and tangerine.
