Citrus Salt Sea Bass

Our featured entree this weekend is citrus salt seared California white sea bass over orzo with local spinach and garlic scape pesto with sun dried tomatoes, preserved Meyer lemon gremolata and grilled vegetables.  The Suzor Menefee chardonnay has tension and energy akin to a Chablis with aromatics of jasmine flowers, orange blossom, and stony minerality.  Citrus blossoms, grapefruit zest, and lingering ginger notes keep the wine fresh and vibrant.
