Our featured entree this weekend is ginger lemon salt seared blue nose snapper over a sweet potato miso risotto with crispy mushrooms, grilled broccolini, and fig balsamic.  Ken Wright’s Savoya Vineyard Chardonnay shows cinnamon and pear aromas with a rich body and flavors of quince, mace, and ginger.
