Our entree feature this weekend is spice rubbed Cordova Farms lamb chops, Amaltheia ricotta gnocchi in a creamy pea and arugula pesto, warm cannellini bean, artichoke heart, and sundried tomato salad drizzled with a smoked tomato vinaigrette. Layers of rich red berry fruit (raspberry, cherry, spiced plum, and ripe strawberry) spring from a complex bed of crushed stone, potting soil, bay leaf, and pipe tobacco in the beautiful Clos Petit Corbin from St. Emilion, Bordeaux.
