Our feature this weekend is a fresh Hawaiian Mahi Mahi marinated in ancho chili and spices then delicately steamed in a corn husk and served with masa dumplings known as chochoyotes and a fresh salsa of cherry tomatoes, pineapple, mango and dragon fruit.  The crisp, refreshing 1664 Blanc from Kronenbourg pairs beautifully with hints of citrus and a rich wheat beer style.
