Enjoy our featured entree of prosecco and tomato braised Alaskan halibut with a confit of local oyster mushrooms, sweet pea and local carrot purees, roasted yukon potatoes with kale, and finished with chamomile and celery infused olive oil.  The vibrant Russian River chardonnay from Ramey Cellars shows green apple, pear and spice notes with a delicate hazelnut note coming through on the finish.  A beautiful pairing with a masterful dish.
