  Our featured entree this weekend is Szechuan and black peppercorn grilled wild Mexican shrimp with a sweet soy glaze over udon noodles tossed with a jalapeno scallion oil, roasted local napa cabbage and crispy sesame oyster mushrooms, served with a cucumber kimchi.  We are pairing the Copain “Daybreak” from Sonoma with it’s fresh white peach, guava, and blood orange flavors.
