Our feature this weekend is a Montana Wagyu beef tenderloin finished with herbs de provence butter, parmesan stuffed potatoes, marinated grilled shrimp, and asparagus. The Chateau de Barbe Blanche has an elegant nose of ripe blackcurrant and juicy blackberries with a hint of elderberry. Powerful and full bodied with delicious notes of black cherry and blackberry this blend of merlot and cabernet sauvignon has a fine tannic structure and a long finish.
